We connect teens and young adults with families and small businesses to offer their skills in tutoring, music coaching, photography, social media, babysitting and more - all while getting paid for their skills.

Zara Ransley
Co-Founder and Co-CEOZara moved to the UK from Azerbaijan as a teenager. Her career spans 15 years experience in the city as a top rated investment analyst, covering areas such as technology, real estate and impact investing. Zara holds an MBA from London Business School. In her spare time she gets involved in everything youth entrepreneurship related as well park running and reading voraciously.

Andrew Elia
Chief Technology OfficerAndrew is a hard-wired technology enthusiast and expert who enjoys maximising the benefits of lean process, coding and good product design. A front-runner in the early days of the internet, Andrew delivered consumer-facing internet experiences which were ahead of their time – and are still pretty impressive today. Andrew has built a team who have become highly regarded in industries across the globe, where split second improvements in performance, usability and visual appeal are becoming increasingly important – government, health, finance and fintech to name a few.


Radha Sawhny
Operations ManagerWith the rapid and exciting growth at MyPocketSkill, Radha has come on board to manage Operations. An MBA in International Management, she brings a wealth of organisational and strategic experience. She is a busy mum of two, an avid reader and a passionate chef having run her own catering business.


Lucy Cooper
Community Support and PRLucy helps manage the MyPocketSkill platform ensuring our talented teenagers and employers have the best experience possible. Lucy is a mum of two primary school kids and Chair of the Parent Teacher Association for the school, who previously worked in project management and communications for Hewlett Packard and Anglo American.



Ugur Eren
Full-stack developerEren is a skilled full stack developer with a focus on backend development. He holds a Computer Science degree from Queen Mary University and has extensive experience in the software development industry. In his spare time, Eren enjoys various physical activities and traveling.


Sonal Ladva
UX Research and CommunitySonal started working life in the corporate world working for front-office technology teams in the City. She then decided to follow her passion and transitioned her career to working for smaller tech companies in Product and UX Research roles. She has worked for both an Edtech and a Fintech startup before joining MPS in a UX Research and Community role.
